RECEPTIONIST / BOOKKEEPER ($45K-$55K)
Required full time Monday to Friday in a property management and real estate developer company located near Wilson and Bathurst.

DUTIES INCLUDE:
- Answer inbound telephone calls
- Greet and assist onsite guests
- Prepare letters and documents as requested
- Filing, copying and scanning of documents
- Respond to emails, social media and correspondences accurately and quickly
- Bookkeeping duties
- Social Media tasks
- Perform other office duties as requested

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum 3 to 5 years' reception / bookkeeping experience
- Proficient in all aspects of Microsoft Office and Excel
- Bookkeeping accounting programs experience
- Excellent English written and verbal
- Pleasant mannerism
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Social media skills
- Self-motivated, energetic, mature and responsible characteristics

OFFERED:
$45K-$55K per year based on experience
Benefits and Jewish weekday paid holidays
Monday to Thursday 9am-5pm. Friday 9am to 2pm
